Summer Day Camp 2026

Week 1: Welcome to the Jungle | 6/1–6/5

Swing into summer! Campers will explore the wild side of camp through jungle-themed games, animal adventures, creative crafts, and imaginative play inspired by the rainforest. It’s a week full of movement, discovery, and big adventures in the great jungle!

Week 2: Georgetown Explorers | 6/8–6/12

Campers become explorers as they discover what makes Georgetown special! This week is all about community pride through fun activities focused on local history, landmarks, special guests, and neighborhood adventures. Campers will learn how they belong to their community and how they can help make it a great place to live.

Week 3: Lifesavers | 6/15–6/19

Lifesavers Week celebrates the real-life heroes who keep our community safe! Campers will learn about police officers, firefighters, and other first responders through fun games, hands-on activities, and special lessons. Along the way, campers will discover how everyone can be a lifesaver by helping others, working together, and showing kindness and responsibility.

Week 4: H2O YEAH! | 6/22–6/26

Get ready for a splash-tastic week of fun! H2O YEAH is packed with water games, cool challenges, and hands-on experiments that keep campers active and refreshed. Campers will learn about water, wellness, and staying healthy—all while having a blast and staying cool.

Week 5: World Travelers | 6/29–7/3

Pack your bags—it’s time to travel the globe! Campers will explore different cultures through music, games, traditions, and creative activities from around the world. This week celebrates diversity, curiosity, and learning about how people live and play in different places.

Week 6: Camp Spirit Week | 7/6–7/10

Camp Spirit Week brings energy, pride, and lots of smiles! Campers will enjoy themed dress-up days, team challenges, and fun competitions that build confidence and teamwork. It’s all about showing camp pride, cheering each other on, and having fun together.

Week 7: All-Star Sports | 7/13–7/17

All-Star Sports Week keeps campers moving and having fun! Campers will try a variety of sports and fitness activities while learning teamwork, sportsmanship, and new skills. Whether learning something new or playing a favorite game, everyone gets a chance to shine.

Week 8: Big Summer Blowout | 7/20–7/24

We’re ending summer with a BIG celebration! Campers will enjoy favorite activities, special events, and fun surprises as we wrap up an unforgettable summer at the Y. It’s the perfect way to celebrate friendships, memories, and an amazing camp experience.

Summer Day Camp 2026

Week 1: Camp Quest | 6/8–6/12

Campers jump into an exciting week of adventure at Camp Quest! Each day brings new challenges, team missions, and creative games that spark imagination and problem-solving. Campers will work together, build confidence, and make new friends as they explore their inner hero. Every day is a new quest—are you ready?

Week 2: All-Stars | 6/15–6/19

All-Stars Week is all about movement, teamwork, and fun! Campers will play a variety of sports and active games while learning new skills and practicing good sportsmanship. From relays to team challenges, everyone gets a chance to shine. Whether trying something new or loving the game, this week celebrates effort, teamwork, and having fun together.

Week 3: Lifesavers | 6/22–6/26

This week honors the everyday heroes in our community! Campers will enjoy hero-themed games, team challenges, and hands-on activities inspired by firefighters, lifeguards, EMTs, and more. Through play and creativity, campers learn about helping others, working together, and being kind and responsible. Every camper is a hero at heart!

Week 4: Holidaze | 6/29–7/3

Celebrate all year long during Holidaze Week! Each day features a different holiday theme, from Halloween fun and Christmas crafts to Easter games and St. Patrick’s Day adventures. The week wraps up with a festive Fourth of July Cookout full of food, fun, and celebration. No matter the season, there’s always a reason to celebrate at camp!

Week 5: Throwback | 7/6–7/10

Campers take a trip through time during Throwback Week! Each day highlights a different decade with themed games, music, crafts, and challenges. We’ll end the week by looking ahead with Future Friday, filled with imaginative and creative fun. It’s a week of dancing, laughing, and exploring the past, present, and future.

Week 6: Once Upon a Time | 7/13–7/17

Magic comes to life during Once Upon a Time Week! Campers will enjoy activities inspired by classic and modern Disney stories, including creative projects, teamwork challenges, and imaginative play. The week ends with a special on-site movie theater experience complete with popcorn and a big screen. It’s a magical week full of storytelling, creativity, and fun!

Week 7: H2O YEAH | 7/20–7/24

Get ready to get wet! H2O YEAH is a splash-filled week packed with water games, relays, and cool challenges to beat the summer heat. Campers will stay active, laugh often, and enjoy nonstop water fun. This is the ultimate week to cool off and make a big splash!

Week 8: Color Wars | 7/27–7/30

Color Wars Week brings high energy, team spirit, and friendly competition! Campers are divided into teams and compete in fun games and creative challenges all week long. The excitement builds to a colorful, messy finale filled with laughter and celebration. The more color, the more fun!

Week 9: Big Summer Blowout | 8/3–8/7

We’re ending summer with our biggest celebration yet! Campers will revisit favorite games, activities, and memories from the summer—with some fun surprises mixed in. The week wraps up with a Summer Showcase where families are invited to join the fun. With food trucks, vendors, and giveaways, it’s a joyful celebration of an amazing summer at the Y!

Summer Day Camp 2026

Camp hours are M-F from 7:00 am-6:00 pm.

Drop-off 7-9am. Pick up is 4-6pm.

Day camp is for ages 5-13 years old.

Day Camp Fees:

$50 Non-refundable registration fee per camper ($65 after May 1) 

$185 per week per camper for members/$300 per for non-members
$25 non-refundable or transferable deposit per camper due at registration for each reserved week. Remaining balance will be drafted one week prior to camp

2-week notice required for all cancellations or full camp balance will be drafted. No refunds or credits.

What should my camper bring to camp?

Wear and pack sunscreen, wear swimsuit on water days and swim days, pack towel, bring lunch & water bottle. Pack a change of clothes. Label EVERYTHING! Siblings should pack separate bags and lunches daily.

Do campers bring a lunch and snack?

Morning and afternoon snack will be provided at the Pawleys location. Campers will need to bring a lunch box daily.

What should my camper NOT bring to camp?

Any electronic devices, personal toys/trading cards, makeup, craft items, or anything of high value. Selling items is not allowed. Please no gum or candy.

What is the camper to staff ratio?

1 counselor to every 10-15 campers (varies by age group).

When are field trips?

Field trips like bowling, skating, Top Golf, etc., will be communicated at a later date. Campers will travel to the Y to swim at least twice a week.
