Women on Weights
The YMCA women on weights program is designed to help women find their inner strength to support and improve their physical and mental health.
Focus on:
- strength training and proper lifting technique
- nutrition for the female body
- structuring a safe & effective workout routine
It uses the powerful mentality of a small group
Participants have the opportunity to share ideas; barriers and successes with a few people, or the whole group
The Y has always believed that we are better together than we are not alone, and sharing in a small group is another way we’re seeing those connections strengthening.
Strong Body, Strong Mind
This program will allow us to come together in a small group to not only work on strength, mobility, and nutrition but also strengthen our bond as women to support and grow each others confidence in the gym setting.
10 Week Program

Time: 3-4pm
